Bulldog Blue Cheese & Blueberry Burger

This savory-sweet burger combines the bold flavors of blue cheese with the juicy pop of fresh blueberries for a game day treat that’s sure to score big.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup Hadden Estate blueberries, divided
• 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
• 1/4 cup diced red onion
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 4 brioche buns
• Arugula for garnish

Instructions:

1. Mix 1/2 cup mashed blueberries into the ground beef. Form into 4 patties.
2. Grill burgers to desired doneness.
3. Top with blue cheese, remaining whole blueberries, and red onion.
