“Damn Good” Blueberry bbq Sauce

Slather this sweet and tangy sauce on ribs or chicken for a uniquely Georgian twist on BBQ.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Hadden Estate blueberries
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp molasses
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes.
2. Blend until smooth. Use as a marinade or brushing sauce for grilled meats.
