May I tour Hadden Estate?

How do I book a date for my wedding?

To book your wedding at Hadden Estate, fill out the contact form or call us at 706.705.6132. We will provide you with a contract and all payment details. Rentals start at $10,000.

How many guests does Hadden Estate accommodate?

All ceremony locations and the reception hall at Hadden Estate accommodate up to 225 guests, seated.

Will I be able to use the entire property during my wedding?

You will have access to the entire property, with the exception of the main house, Mercantile, and pond area throughout your rental. This includes: any of the main ceremony sites, blueberry field, The Cottage (bridal suite), grooms’ suite, reception hall, and the courtyard. There will be no other events booked during your wedding rental.

How long will I have access to Hadden Estate on my wedding day?

You will have access to Hadden Estate from 10am until midnight on the day of your wedding. Guest exit needs to be complete by 11pm and vendor clean-up needs to be complete by midnight (12am).

Who will assist me in planning my wedding at Hadden Estate?

Owner, Jennifer Hadden, will be your main point of contact for everything related to Hadden Estate throughout your planning process.

You are required to hire a wedding planner for your wedding to assist with vendor management, timeline, ceremony and reception direction. We are thankful to have worked with many wonderful planners and vendors, and would be happy to share their information with you.

May I choose to work with my own vendors?

You may choose to work with your own vendors. They will, however, be required to attend the final walk-through at Hadden Estate before your wedding, in order to familiarize themselves with the property.

Can I host a non-wedding event at Hadden Estate?

No. We are currently only zoned to host weddings at our property.

What precautions are you taking to reduce the risk of illness, including COVID-19?

You and your guests will not be required to wear a mask during your event. Event spaces will be thoroughly cleaned before each event, including tables, chairs, bars, and any other venue-provided equipment. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the venue. All high-contact surfaces will be sanitized throughout the event, including restrooms, door handles, bar surfaces, cocktail table surfaces, etc.
