The Lodge at Hadden Estate is now available for rent to anyone who wishes to fully immerse themselves in the relaxing atmosphere of our beautiful 24-acre property. When the venue is booked for a wedding, The Lodge will only be available for rental by the bride, groom, and their guests. Most other dates are open for outside rentals for guests visiting the area for football games, corporate retreats, and vacation.

May I tour Hadden Estate?

How do I book a date for my wedding?
To book your wedding at Hadden Estate, fill out the contact form or call us at 706.705.6132. We will provide you with a contract and all payment details. Rentals start at $10,000.
How much should I budget to book Hadden Estate?
Weddings start at $18,000.
How many guests does Hadden Estate accommodate?
All ceremony locations and the reception hall at Hadden Estate accommodate up to 200 guests, seated.
Will I be able to use the entire property during my wedding?
You will have access to the entire property, with the exception of The Lodge and Merchantile/Winery, and pond area throughout your rental. This includes: any of the main ceremony sites, blueberry field, The Cottage (bridal suite), grooms’ suite, reception hall, and the courtyard. There will be no other events booked during your wedding rental.
How long will I have access to Hadden Estate on my wedding day?
You will have access to Hadden Estate from 8am until 11:30pm on the day of your wedding. Guest exit needs to be complete by 10:30pm and vendor clean-up needs to be complete by 11:30pm.
Who will assist me in planning my wedding at Hadden Estate?
A Hadden Estate representative will be your main point of contact for everything related to Hadden Estate throughout your planning process.
You are required to hire a wedding planner for your wedding to assist with vendor management, timeline, ceremony and reception direction. We are thankful to have worked with many wonderful planners and vendors, and would be happy to share their information with you.
May I choose to work with my own vendors?
You may choose to work with your own vendors. They will, however, be required to attend the final walk-through at Hadden Estate before your wedding, in order to familiarize themselves with the property.
Can I host a non-wedding event at Hadden Estate?
No. We are currently only hosting weddings at our property.
